How you join, step by step

Our part is a two-minute questionnaire. Everything after that happens directly between you and the research site.

A doctor going over information with a patient

The steps

From questionnaire to first visit

  1. Clinical Enrollment's part
  2. Today. About two minutes.

    Answer a short questionnaire

Your diagnosis, your medications, your zip code. Nothing about insurance or payment.

  3. Right away

Your answers go to the nearest site

Only if you may be a fit. That's where our part ends.

  4. The research site's part
  5. Next

The site's study team calls you

They talk it through, answer your questions, and book a visit if you're interested.

  6. At the site

    Consent comes first

You read the consent form, ask anything, and sign only when you're ready.

  7. Same visit

    Screening tests

A few checks to confirm the study is a safe fit for you.

  8. If you're a match

    You're enrolled

Visits follow the schedule in the consent form. You can leave at any time.

The first visit

Four stops, and no surprises

Before

The coordinator tells you how long it takes and whether to fast.

Consent

The study, explained. Questions welcome. No rush.

The checks
